Ms. Yeasmin Akter, wife of Mr. Oly Mia, is the inhabitant of Village: Kamervita, Post Office: Narayantola, Upazila: Sunamgonj, District: Sunamgonj. Yeasmin & her husband both were working in a garment company. They had to do hard work there. So they planned to leave it and will start tailoring.

Ms. Yeasmin was familiar with BASD’s Microcredit Office in the past and expressed her interest to be a member of BASD’s Paharica Co-operative in 2019 to improve her economic condition. After getting a membership she started savings and later on she applied for a loan Tk. 20,000.00 and bought a sewing Machine and some clothes. They started business jointly and earning. They maintained her family expenses and refunded loan by this income. In turn she took loan Tk. 25,000, Tk. 35,000 and bought another 2 sewing Machines for spreading her business. They employed a boy for reducing working load. Their income is increasing day by day. Now they are leading happily with their child. No poverty in their family. They thanks to BASD for this support.
