BASD launched this program at Banisanta (Khulna) in 2005 by the financial support of Transform Aid International, Australia, for assisting vulnerable and poor people for self-reliance, capacity building and empowerment. The main activities are developing, capacity building, and phase over of Self Help Groups (SHG) and Banishanta SHG Network, livelihood development, PHC, organic cultivation, Permaculture Design, Eco-village Design, climate change adaptation, development assistance of brothel girls and children. This Project is funded by Transform Aid International, Australia. This project includes 22 villages and Banishanta brothel from the beginning of the project. This Project ended Date: 30 June 2019 with a huge development of the community in their socio-economic and environmental side.
